Notes
The [Machine] Purge Downloads
module is used to help keep local copies of files stored on the server managed. When any user account logs into a Windows server, or any Windows machine, the OS creates a profile for that user account on that machine, if one does not already exist. Within that profile, things like user specific settings are stored. Another type of thing that is stored in the user profiles is file downloads. When an end user downloads files using a web browser, the downloads folder that the user has access to is part of this profile. Over time, if the user does not take time to actively manage the files in the downloads folder, the folder can accumulate a lot of old files that are probably no longer necessary. This module will go through all of the user profiles on the local machine and will look for download files over the specified age. It will purge, or delete, all the old download files it locates in any of the local user profiles. This helps to keep user profiles smaller and cleaner.
